Solarity Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Outreach Lead for our North 5th branch in Yakima!

A Day in the life of an Outreach Lead...
Each day will be a different adventure in this role. A snapshot of the day could look like:
Grab a cup of coffee and sit down with your team for a weekly progress huddle.
Pick up the phone and start on your outbound call list. Your members are excited to receive a warm welcome from Solarity and are impressed by the wide variety of self-service solutions you have provided!
After lunch it's time for a coaching session with one of your Outreach Guides. You are a mentor that encourages the team to utilize their problem-solving skills to find "out of the banker box" solutions.
Before heading out for the day, you have a project collaboration meeting where you'll serve as the Subject Matter Expert representing the Outreach Team. You strive to make sure our members' voices are heard.
Time to clock out. It's been a great day and you're excited to build more connections tomorrow!

Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
Experience in a financial institution with branch operations and audit process is a bonus.
English/Spanish bilingual preferred.
Motivated sales personality.

Hourly Salary range $21.93 - $34.27
