Position Summary:
This is an administrative position that supports the operations of the organization through the Accounting department. This position reports directly to the Chief Financial & Operations Officer. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the accounting department through bookkeeping, including accounts payable
Support Operations with related administrative tasks as needed
Full Job Responsibilities:
Record and pay supplier invoices
Support accounting department during audits and tax seasons, including information assembly,
document generation, 1099 preparation, and clerical tasks
Liaise with staff to collect, document, and remit payment for employee expenses
Conduct reconciliations
Maintain orderly and accurate filing systems
Learn and support organization budget, allocations, and systems within Quickbooks and beyond.
Follow accounting policies and procedures, including compliance with state, local, and federal
government reporting systems
Provide clerical and administrative support to accounting department as requested
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
BA, A.A. or Equivalent Professional Experience
3-5 years of experience working in a professional office environment
Reside in Washington, Oregon, Idaho or Alaska
Bookkeeping, especially Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable experience
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks and projects
Interest in developing new skills
Experience working with the Microsoft Suite of Programs
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred
Schedule & Location:
• 40 hours per week, 8:30am-5pm
• Must reside in WA, OR, AK, ID
• Working mostly or semi-remotely can be accommodated
Compensation Package:
Salary of $60,000 - $65,000.00 annually Full Time, DOE.
