JOB DESCRIPTION:
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting and directing the daily check out of the Casino motorized vehicles and equipment. This entails reviewing the vehicles/equipment for damages and ensuring that the vehicles are fully fueled for the next occupant. Administering and monitoring vehicle/equipment maintenance programs and ensure all vehicles/equipment follow manufacturers recommended maintenance schedules. Will perform regular maintenance on vehicles and equipment daily.

Responsible for maintaining and monitoring all facets of the fleet; i.e. location of vehicles/equipment, assigned drivers/operators, cost codes, mileage.
Responsible for timely completion of work orders for accounts payable.
Schedule and perform maintenance and cleanliness.
Schedule and dispatch vehicles/equipment.
Supports finance department with title and licensing process.
Keeps the records for all vehicles/equipment routine maintainence updated.
Coordinates potential drivers with the Facilities Administrative Assistant for insurance purposes.
Coordinates insurance claims with the Finance Executive Assistant.
Coordinates scheduled inventories with Finance Accountant.
Models for the team, a strong work ethic and is visible, available and present for the guest and their team.
Builds relationships inside and outside of their department/team to improve ways of working and provide a great guest experience.
Finds ways to make good use of their strengths and talents.
Views themselves as responsible for their contributions and remains self-aware of themselves.
Actively seeks to build new skills, teaches others and shares best practices.
Flexibility is required to work all shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays or when monthly inventory is required. Revised 03/2

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
SUPERVISION EXCERCISED: None.



LICENSE REQUIRED: Must obtain and hold a Class II gaming license while employed and complete an annual background check with TGA.



MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR POSITION: High school diploma or GED required. Previous fleet experience desirable.



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Manual dexterity for operation of personal computer, calculator, and routine paperwork. Ability to stand for extended length of time. Transfer from different climate levels for doing inventory audits. Ability to lift 50 lbs.



SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR POSITION: CDL or heavy equipment experience desirable. Able to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts. Knowledge of Word and Excel necessary (computer skills). Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain while employed in this position. May be required to work weekends or holidays. Must have verifiable experience with regular maintenance of vehicles and equipment for example oil changes, fluid levels and 20-point inspections list.
