Paramount Supply is a locally-owned, industrial distributor that specializes in the sale of instrumentation, pipe, valves, fittings, steam products & gaskets. Our company was founded in 1954 and has grown to 19 locations across 7 states. We are a leader in the gauge and instrumentation industry and have a rare opportunity for the right person to join our team as an instrumentation technician with a focus on pressure gauge repair, calibration and assembly, along with backflow device calibration, for our Longview, WA location. Industry experience and/or instrument technician certification preferred
Responsibilities:
Perform setup, maintenance and repairs of measuring and test equipment.
Use precision measuring equipment, general inspection measuring tools, standard hand tools, records, reports and computer.
Coordinates the calibration of measuring and test equipment by outside sources.
Manage gauge calibration program information files including calibration records, inventory, recall periods and history.
Ability to carry out complicated assignments, report generation and data analysis using computer programs such as Excel, Word, Access and others in an accurate and timely manor with little supervision.
Able to perform First Article Inspections on complicated parts with little supervision.
Qualifications/Experience:
High school graduate or equivalent. Certified instrumentation technician preferred.
