HVAC Field Service Technicians
Total Comfort Solutions is currently seeking experienced HVAC Field Service Technicians to join our growing team. Here is what you will be doing:
Respond to, diagnose, and resolve HVAC emergencies (residential).
Perform routine inspections of HVAC systems.
Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used.
Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
Keep the customer informed of what you are doing when you are doing it, and how it will be done
Learn product features and benefits
Follow proper procedures for obtaining purchase orders, material recycling, etc.
Maintain the required equipment and inventory in the truck for maximum efficiency
Here is what we are looking for:
3+ years of prior HVAC experience (preferably in residential SERVICE REPAIR).
Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Eager and enthusiastic about SALES and selling home services.
Excellent organization, planning, and follow-through abilities.
Takes great pride in going the extra mile for our customers.
Strong customer service skills (active listening, relationship building, etc.).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
