Busy podiatric practice searching for a reliable, energetic, and compassionate medical assistant to work with our team of highly skilled podiatrists.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to electronic health record entry, rooming patients, taking vitals, removing sutures, performing x rays, basic wound care, pre-op and post-op visits, scanning feet for orthotics, assisting with surgeries and procedures, sterilizing instruments, autoclave care, disinfecting exam rooms and surfaces, stocking exam rooms and maintaining inventory, scheduling appointments sparingly and managing a high volume of phone calls. Bi-lingual preferred.
Requirements include Washington State Medical Assistant Certification, must be willing to travel to our Ellensburg satellite office as needed. Must have 3+ years experience as a medical assistant. Must be willing to work well under pressure and be willing to prioritize and finish tasks in a timely manner. Must have great communication and teamwork skills.
