Job Description: As a Residential Framer specializing in new builds at you'll be an integral part of our construction process, ensuring that the structural framework is expertly crafted. Your expertise in framing techniques and precision will contribute to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Interpret and execute construction plans and blueprints for new residential builds.
Assemble and erect the structural framework of houses, including walls, floors, and roofs, while adhering to safety guidelines.
Measure, cut, and shape lumber and other building materials with precision.
Install and secure trusses, beams, and other structural components.
Collaborate closely with team members, including carpenters, contractors, and project managers, to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Strictly adhere to safety regulations and consistently use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential framing for new builds.
Skills: Proficiency in framing techniques, blueprint interpretation, and safe operation of framing tools and equipment.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, lift heavy materials, and work comfortably at heights.
Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Punctuality: Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Safety: A commitment to safety protocols and practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
