"Great place to work!! Great team, good benefits,401K. Treat you better than family. I recently got Covid and was on a ventilator for over a week and couldn't work for 3 months. The whole team from the owners down to the new employees took care of me and my family and donated vacation time and made sure I didn't miss one paycheck. They all went above and beyond what you would expect a family run business to do for an employee. They made my family and I feel like we were part of their family. I would extremely recommend working for Baxter Construction."

"Just wanted to say how much I enjoy and appreciate Baxter Construction! Working here has been a great experience and I've learned so much, from demo to water restoration, to even management and communication skills. I can proudly say that it is a great place to work and I would recommend the job to anyone interested!"

" As a new employee this is by far one of the best starts on my career in the industry. Everyone is respectful, responsible, helpful, knowledgeable, and ready to land a hand if needed."

We are a drug-free company.
