About the Position:
NC Power Systems are seeking an experienced Diesel technicians who are responsible for maintaining our Customer Value Agreement (CVAs).
Perform Annual Preventative Maintenance (change engine oil, filters, and perform a 60 point inspection)
Semiannual & Quarterly 60 point inspections
Generator Confidence Testing
Quote any deficiencies from services performed
Order Parts using CAT parts ordering system (SIS)
Effectively communicate with the office and with customers
Complete paperwork, service reports and input of hours timely and accurately
Qualifications & Experience Needed:
Experience with Diesel Technology is Required
Repair and rebuilds
Diagnostic and performance abilities
Basic knowledge of hand tools
Degree in Diesel Technology is preferred
CAT Diesel Engine experience is not required but is encouraged
