About Tieton Cider Works:
We are a locally owned hard cider company focusing of on farm-based ciders. Our history of farming in the Yakima Valley spans 4 generations. We take pride in making sure our people and land are taken care of.
Responsibilities:
● Process order forms provided by the Sales Team and Wholesale customers and invoice customers
● Identify, research and resolve discrepancies with purchase orders
● Adjust invoices and issue credits as needed
● Research and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner
● Work with multiple freight brokers simultaneously to generate freight quotes
● Plan and track the shipment of materials according to customer requirements
● Meticulously maintain order forms and production planning ensuring freight is booked in a timely manner to meet customer needs
● Schedule and coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments
● Provide and prepare the required documentation for all shipments
● Maintain records of shipment transactions and pertinent information
● Propose and coordinate as needed to reduce the transportation cost and transit time
● Audit freight invoices to ensure accuracy
● Work alongside Tieton's managers, sales and production teams to communicate any customer updates, changes or issues internally
● Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
Expectations:
· Expect this job to be 40% logistics coordination, 40% invoicing and billing related questions and 20% miscellaneous tasks
· Expect to work in office 5 days a week
· This is an office role, but you will spend a decent amount of time in our warehouse where it may be hot/cold and noisy
· We expect people to continually assess processes, pitch better solutions, and implement those solutions

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
