CHCW has an opening for a Scheduling Agent to join our team in the Call Center. You will be working alongside other agents in the call center to provide excellent customer service to our diverse patients and customers while handling their requests accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include, answering multiline telephones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and obtaining patient eligibility and benefits.
Qualified applicants are reliable, organized, detail oriented and have excellent communication skills. HS Diploma/GED required. Prior experience in medical office and/or call center desirable. Bilingual Spanish/English is required. Pre-Employment drug screen required.
