Are you a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter with a passion for residential and commercial construction? Look no further! A leading residential and commercial contractor is seeking a Lead Carpenter to lead our talented team and bring our projects to life!
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage carpentry work at residential and commercial construction sites.
- Coordinate with superintendents and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and meet specifications.
- Lead and mentor a team of carpenters, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and trades to maintain a seamless workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on-site.
- Proactively resolve any construction-related issues.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Lead Carpenter in residential and commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Valid driver's license.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
