JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs Finance tasks requiring a Class A License. This includes Soft Count duties, Uniform duties, and Shipping and Receiving duties in accordance with approved internal controls and department policy and procedure, as needed

The opening and emptying of the contents of the Drop Boxes.
Open and empties machines Bill Adapters.
Sorting and counting of the chips, currency and coin contained in Drop Boxes.
Verification and strapping of currency.
Ability to reconcile amounts posted to amounts counted.
Clear and accurate posting for computer consolidation of Master Games Report.
Prepares cash and chips for verification and transfer to Vault.
Maintain compliance with the internal controls, Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
Performs daily completion of assigned audits and tasks. Audits and tasks include, but not limited to; Food & Beverage, Hotel, Kiosks, Cards & Dice, Poker, Table Games, Cage, Class 2 Machines, Class 3 Machines, Keys, Keno, Patron Services, Monthly Inventories, Monthly Class 2 & 3 Meter Testing, Bi-Monthly Keno testing, Bi-Monthly Keys testing, Quarterly Barcode Testing (Class 2 & 3, Kiosks, Keno), Quarterly Count Machine Test, Quarterly Asset Verification Test, Bi-Annual Count, Annual Keno Foot the Write.
Ability to work closely with others.
Issues uniforms to team members.
Collects uniforms for vendor pickup/cleaning services.
Maintains team member records related to uniforms.
Maintains uniform inventory including sizing/ordering of uniforms for new team members.
Inspection of incoming/outgoing uniforms for stains, items in pockets, etc.
Inform payroll of uniform agreements and payroll adjustments including exit paperwork.
Consult with vendor representative daily/weekly.
Relays information to vendor customer service via e-mail and phone (size changes, repairs, upgrades, deletes, etc).
Prepares and maintains accurate and complete records and reports, including an efficient filing system.
Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type or style.
Opening boxes, crates, and other containers.
Recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.
Assisting in counting of physical inventory.
May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
Preparing parcels for mailing.
Wearing the proper safety equipment.
Complies with SICS and policies and procedures.
Builds relationships inside and outside of their department / team to improve ways of working and provide a great guest experience.
Models for the team, a strong work ethic and is visible, available and present for the guest and their team.
Identifies ways to improve workflows and processes to work smarter and increase efficiency.
Moves the situation quickly toward resolution by efficiently managing and controlling the circumstances.
Explains the “why” behind the resolution or action for the guest.
Pays attention to detail and conducts thorough research to make the best decision for the guest and the business.
Makes judgment calls based on understanding Legends Casinos’ Purpose, Values and Objectives while utilizing research, knowledge, and experience.
Proactively shares guest feedback with executive management and peers in the spirit of continuous improvement.
Seeks to share and improve processes and workflows based on guest feedback.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
SUPERVISION EXCERCISED: None.

LICENSE REQUIRED: Must obtain and hold a Class III gaming license while employed and complete an annual background check with TGA.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR POSITION: High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Some computer, ten-key and mathematical proficiency preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours. Manual and finger dexterity required. Must be able to bend, reach, squat and able to lift at least thirty pounds (30lbs.)

SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR POSITION: Cash handling experience preferred. Ten-key experience preferred.
