Job Description:
We are looking for Finish Carpenters to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in trim construction, and be capable of working independently or part of a team. The majority of the work will be trim and cabinetry but depending on the stage of the project candidate should be willing to help where needed. Having experience with working with solid wood moldings, hardwood flooring, and custom casework is a plus. Basic knowledge of framing helps as well.
Successful individuals will be able to work with a high level of accuracy and maintain productivity working in a fast-paced environment.
We are a design and build company that offers year round employment for the right candidates. At the moment we have room to add 2 additional finish carpentry teams. Teams usually consist of a Lead and apprentice but can change depending on the scope of project and skill required to finish.
As an established company we have a solid core of Journeyman and would like to add individuals who would like to expand their skills and knowledge.
