Job Description:
Wilbert Precast is looking for Carpenters and Concrete Craftsmen. The right candidates are self-motivated craftsmen who enjoy producing top-notch products and excel in a team environment. Daily tasks would include building custom-made forms and working with a team to complete the daily schedule.
Responsibilities:
Read and understand the Production Schedule
Adhere to production time frames
Read and understand blueprints
Assist with building and stripping custom concrete forms
Strict adherence to safety rules and restrictions
Maintain a high standard of housekeeping
Skills Needed:
Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16”
Carpentry skills
Ability to use table, miter, and skill saws
Proficiency in hand and power tools
Understanding of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Ability to operate heavy equipment (e.g., overhead cranes)
Safety mindset
Qualifications:
Work Experience: 1-4 years
Team player
Physical Workload:
Lift up to 60lbs
Extended duration on foot (up to 8 hours)
Stand, walk, crouch, kneel, stretch, and climb for extended periods.
Repetitive use of hand tools and power tools
