The Property Management Division (PMD) serves three primary functions for the agency: Facilities Management, Fleet Management, and Supply Management.

The Data Consultant 2 (DC2) position supports the goals of the Property Management Division by performing journey level data consultant work by; developing, designing, performing statistical analysis and organizing research projects and studies. The efforts of this position directly support organizational planning, budgeting, operations, and policy issues by providing accurate data to the division decision makers. This position may assist with the implementation of processes for monitoring and measuring outcomes of activities.

Duties
Our new teammate will be able to:
Performs report design, developing and evaluation of data collection procedures and statistical requirements, along with planning, research, statistical analysis, analytic issues and report preparation.
Coordinates and interacts with Collision Experts International to evaluate data and provide reports relating to vehicle collisions and incidents. This includes providing support to process invoices and verify payments in a back-up role.
Some administrative duties.
Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Must possess a valid, unrestricted Washington State Driver's License.
Must be proficient using Microsoft Office software programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Working knowledge of research methods, statistical theory and techniques.
Ability to identify and obtain appropriate data to analyze, interpretation of data.
Ability to prepare summaries, narrative reports, charts and graphs
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal skills, effectively work with others
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
