Total Comfort Solutions is looking to expand our HVAC Install team!
HVAC Installers work in teams to install HVAC systems in customer's homes and businesses. The ideal candidate understands the value of a job well done and will do anything to complete projects on time and under budget. NO previous HVAC experience required.
Compensation: $18 - $20/hour, Dependent on Experience; This position is eligible for Performance-Based Incentives and Overtime Pay
Schedule: Shifts will be Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:
Work with your crew lead to install HVAC equipment including heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, ductless minisplits, thermostats and ductwork - most work is completed in a residential setting and jobs are completed in a single day.
Ensure high standard of quality in job completion - all details double checked, leave every customer setting better than you found it.
Attend department and company-wide meetings and training.
Manage equipment and materials - ensuring effective transportation to and from job sites, tracking and reporting materials used.
Requirements:
Proven track record of dependability in employment.
Ability to take direction and learn on the job.
Attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills - this position works on a team.
Highly proficient in using hand tools.
Physically fit - able to lift 75 lbs and navigate tight spaces such as attics and crawlspaces.
Preferred:
Knowledge of and experience working in HVAC or related industry.
O6A License
Own your own hand tools - inquire for list of required tools.
