Job Description:
Scope
The Controls Technician is responsible for startup and checkout of temperature controls installations.
Duties
•Order and oversee material delivery
•Assist project manager in coordinating control system installation with subcontractor and resolve installation challenges.
•Assist in system start-up, checkout and commissioning assistance.
•Maintain viable relationships with customers, prime contractors, subcontractors and trade personnel.
•Adhere to corporate safety standards. High degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety.
Qualifications
•2 years (minimum) experience in Controls (DDC) market.
•Experience working directly with contractors and on commercial projects.
•Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Additional Qualifications Desired:
•Experience with Automated Logic (ALC) control system
•Network experience
