To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
-Pass NATE core test
-Proficient understanding of layout, design, fabrication and installation
-Proficient at residential and light commercial installations
-Advanced Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings.
-Basic fabrication knowledge of sheet metal fittings
-Proficient in installing round and rectangular duct for residential and light commercial installations
-Proficient understanding of more complex sheet metal fittings
-Ability to size and draw ductwork correctly
-Can complete more complex low voltage connections on furnaces, air handlers, air conditioners, and heat pumps
-Must be able to communicate effectively with homeowners and other tradesโฆability to resolve minor customer issues
-Start-up and troubleshoot equipment and accessories
-Start up and troubleshoot furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps and condensing units
-Good understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, wiring diagrams
-Excellent customer relations skills and an open mind to think outside of the box
