Another Source’s client, Sabey Data Centers, is recruiting an Operations Center Technician to join their Quincy, WA team as they expand their successful data center campus. 

Shift Information:  
This role will work a night shift on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and every other Wednesday from 8pm – 8am. Training will be Monday – Friday from 8am – 4pm for two weeks.

The importance this role has in our organization: 
The Operations Center Technician will be responsible for customer and data center operations support. This role operates in a 24/7 environment which requires flexibility to work any shift. The Operations Center Technician provides customer remote hands support as requested, with timely communication. This position also provides back-up to the dedicated Sabey Operations Centers, located on the east and west coast.  

Your contribution will likely be: 
Perform remote hands services as requested by customers and provide timely customer communication 
Lead and document customer requests 
Provide customer reports as requested 
Uses monitoring applications in conjunction with ticketing systems to support customers and data center operations teams. Responsive interaction with operations teams for customer notifications. 
Continual observation and monitoring of data center systems. 
Conduct triage and provide Level 1 support for trouble calls. 
Monitor maintenance activities and provide notifications. 
Provide support for a variety of projects within the data center. 
Develop and maintain operational process and procedures. 
Follow detailed processes and procedures and suggest changes and improvements. 

Experience you will bring to the team: 
High School Diploma or GED 
Some background in Information Technology (IT) 
Ability to work with technology and operate a computer; proficiency with the Microsoft Suite 
Ability to learn other software and systems, including customer relationship management software. 

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is based on an hourly rate, equivalate to $45,042 - $55,177.
