Job Description:
Re-Bath is a fast-growing bathroom remodeling company. We need an Apprentice Installer with excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn bathroom remodeling tasks including carpentry, customer service, jobsite management, among others.
Remodeling or construction trades experience is preferred but not required. The right individual will play a key part in the expansion of this company and will have the opportunity to grow as the company grows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS (Essential Functions)
-Be a responsible and friendly point of contact for customers
-Learn and become an expert on our products and installation techniques
-Think ahead and communicate with other personnel on the jobsite
-Maintain and operate company tools and vehicles in a safe manner-
-Keep jobsites and materials clean, safe, and damage-free
-Learn to complete all required documentation completely and accurately
-Ensure customer satisfaction and generate positive reviews
Must Have
-Reliable transportation to get to and from the office
-Be able to pass a background check - including clear driving record
-Ability to follow instructions and work within a team
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-High attention to detail
-Excellent customer service skills
-Ambition and be self-motivated
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
-Participate in periodic training events
-Help with warehouse work and display set-up & maintenance
-Review upcoming jobs with Lead Installers & Project Manager
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
-Basic knowledge of how a jobsite runs
-2+ years solid work history
-High School Diploma or GED

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
