Licensed 01 or 02 Service Journeyman Plumber
Licensed 04 or 2nd or 3rd-year Service Plumber apprentice
Plumbing Duties/Requirements:
Evaluates customer plumbing situation, develops multi-option proposals/estimates, presents to customers timely.
Completes plumbing service work.
Understands service criteria and is accountable for revenue goals.
Great relationship building skills with customers and team members
Exceptional technical ability
Solid communication skills including timely, neat, and able to complete paperwork
Able to perform the physical duties of a Plumber
Have a passion for what you do and want to grow your career
Valid State Driver’s license with a clean driving record
We have two types of pay structures at RCP.
100% commission pay based opportunities with bonuses upon reaching sales goals
High salary wage + opportunity with bonuses upon reaching sales goals.
