Job Title: Service Coordinator

Location: Tacoma-Hurley Engineering is a leading provider of industrial equipment and services. We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team and support our growing customer base.
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of service delivery, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of service technicians, and ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will also maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service requests, schedule service appointments, and dispatch service technicians - Communicate with customers to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and customer interactions - Monitor technician performance and ensure that service calls are completed promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all necessary parts and materials are available for service calls - Assist in developing and implementing service policies and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and developments to ensure that Hurley Engineering remains competitive in the marketplace.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in service coordination or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Knowledge of industrial equipment and services preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
