Job Description:
We are an in-house maintenance department servicing 17 restaurants and several commercial properties. We have a staff of 6 employees and replacing two techs who will retire with 25 and 27 years with our company. The ideal candidate would be looking for a smaller family-orientated working environment that offers a variety of equipment and job duties. We are strong believers in preventive maintenance and have formal education with companies like Taylor, Multiplex, Henny Penny, Cornelius, Trane & Lennox. We offer one on one training and a flexible work schedule. Applicants must have good meter skills and efficiency in reading wiring diagrams for troubleshooting. IT and network experience are a plus. 6-month wage evaluations for the first two years and a bonus program.
