POSITION: Accounting and HR Assistant
CLASSIFICATION: Full time
REPORTS TO: Office Manager
SUPERVISES: None
NARRATIVE: Office Assistant for Main Office. Front desk duties include: greeting visitors, helping them complete sign in process, and directs them to appropriate department. Answers phone & facilitates various administrative duties. Data entry for administrative department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - OPERATIONS
· Processes accounts receivables and cash receipts.
· Processes & delivers ingoing and outgoing mail.
· Counter sales to employees, growers, & other
· Administrative assistant
· Filing
· Orders office supplies as needed
· Organize Credit Card Receipts monthly
· In charge of postage meter maintenance & needs
· Oversees printer needs in office
· Helps organize & maintain office setting
· Translates for employees and growers as needed
· Data enter new hires and tracks employee waivers
· Data enter employee information for various agencies
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – OTHER
Understands, follows, and complies with company safety policies
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
Maintains high ethical standards
All other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
