Estimator / Project Manager - Chelan
Custom Home Builder has an opening for a self-motivated, organized, professional to join our team.
Combined role of Estimator and Project Manager will include:
Estimating project needs and quantities based on plans - utilize take-off tools, etc.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office, CoConstruct & Plan Swift (training available)
Project management including scheduling and communicating with sub contractors
We are looking for someone with strong written and verbal communication, who is impeccably honest, has an excellent work ethic, is reliable with a good attendance history and pays close attention to detail.
Residential Construction industry experience a plus.
Competitive salary, medical and vehicle allowance, etc. all negotiable based on experience and performance.
