Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is in all areas of Industrial Engine major component reconditioning, Cylinder Blocks, Crankshafts, Connecting Rods, Camshafts etc. back to reuse condition. Using the latest in reconditioning equipment and practices at our World Class Machine Shop facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Safety – conduct all activities in a safe manner, utilizing PPE and adhering to company policy and alerting others regarding potential concerns. Safety is # 1
•Strive for continual improvement within areas of responsibility.
•Good interpersonal skills to communicate with co-workers and management personnel.
•Dependable attendance, maintain accurate job times by clocking in and out of all jobs using company software.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
•Good attendance and strong work ethic required.
•One (1) year or more of applicable experience preferred.
•Understands company values and begins displaying these values required.
•Ability to follow company instructions and procedures required.
•On the job training will be provided as needed.
