Job Description:
The Dispute Resolution Center (DRC) of Yakima and Kittitas Counties provides services and training for people to resolve disputes peacefully themselves. Our goal is building strong, compassionate, and peaceful families, businesses, and communities. We are now hiring an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to be based out of our Yakima office. The DRC offers a competitive hourly wage, along with a full benefit package.

Job Requirements:
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Experience and/or education with basic accounting or as a bookkeeper with a proficient understanding of GAAP
Payroll experience or education in performing payroll functions
Thorough knowledge of and proficiency using QuickBooks, Excel, and Word
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Adherence to and maintenance of internal controls
Ability to reconcile accounts:
Bank Accounts
Accounts receivable
Accounts payable
Grant Billing

Preferred Skills:
Bilingual Spanish/English
Microsoft Office Certified
Experience working with Grants

Duties include (but are not limited to):
Full Charge Bookkeeping & Financial Statement Execution
Complete all AR, AP, banking, and payroll functions
Manage and reconcile bank balances
Post and deposit
Prepare monthly mediation, grant, and contract billings & reports
Maintain donation records and reporting
Execute required HR documents for employee onboarding and separation
Generate financial statements

Administrative
Provide administrative support to all programs, Director, and Board
Support data entry & reporting functions for DRC Programs
Maintain supplies and equipment for office
Coordinate service with IT provider
General administrative support to all DRC functions

Pay range: $18-$22/hr, 30-32 hours a week
