Job Description:
Valley Psychological Services, a woman owned multi-specialty mental health clinic is seeking an experienced full spectrum medical biller. Onsite presence is desired. We pride ourselves on our calm and respectful work environment. The ideal candidate will have good communication and organizational skills and enjoy working in collaboration with other members of our team. In addition to daily electronic submission of claims, responsibilities include verification of benefits, and appealing denied claims among others. Familiarity and previous experience billing a variety of insurance companies, including Medicare, is important. Valley Psych offers health insurance, Simple IRA plan, and vacation. Wage begins at $25/hour (increases DOE) and 25-30 hours/week.
