The Information Technology Support Technician provides PC and Network support for the agency following standard procedures and written instructions to accomplish assigned tasks.

Qualifications:
Successful applicants will:
High School diploma or GED required.
Associate Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred and at least two years’ experience in an IT Support role.
Computer Science or Information Technology
Network certification desired (Trades certificate / diploma).
Google and web-based applications experience preferred.

The hourly range for this position is $23.40-$27.50.

IT Support Technician Job Duties:
Manage information technology and computer systems.
Manage key business applications and support technology.
Maintenance and provision or IT systems.
Manage employee training and development for the information technology team.
Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized.
Oversee the internal IT support function and ensure proper information system operations.
Provides PC and Network support to all users within the organization.
Maintain log of agency IT equipment including serial numbers and software.
Manages and coordinates property checked out to employees and completes data entry of assigned property.
Manages agency copier with current employee personnel email addresses and contract information.
Troubleshoot and fix internet issues, including contacting outside vendors for support.
Travel between agency facilities as required for assigned projects.
Assess and develop accounting policies, create white papers, prepare technical consultation memoranda, and support all aspects of the accounting function.
Maintain Microsoft Windows operating System environment.
Supports Microsoft products and servers and any industry-specific software.
Cooperate in agency annual financial audit by providing electronic data reporting.
Provides timely and accurate reports as required.
