Responsible for diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment for flat rate repairs, performing regular maintenance visits, cultivating leads for replacement. 85% residential, 15% commercial.
Must be able to use an IPAD for paperwork and billing. Knowledge of Service Titan billing system is a plus.
Must be self motivated, courteous and knowledgeable in all aspects of home heating and air conditioning systems.
Must possess valid Washington State drivers license, and have a good driving record.
Must be able to pass criminal background check and illegal drug screen. Washington state 06A License required, and should be current on CEU's.
