We are a bustling chiropractic office looking for an organized leader to support our doctors and assist in our practice running smoothly.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assisting the doctors with daily charges, notes, referrals, and orders with detail and accuracy
Charting encounters between doctors and patients
Submitting and tracking preauthorizations
Handling incoming and outgoing referrals
Gathering records for insurance denials and claims
Scheduling and processing new patients
*Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills are essential. Applicants must also be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
