Construction Equipment Operators, Carpenters and Laborers - Mattawa, WA

We have an immediate need for several positions on our Mattawa, WA construction jobsite that will run through January 2024. This project primarily consists of a mass excavation down to bedrock and construction of an RCC structure from bedrock up to designed height at the existing right embankment. The bedrock surface will receive various foundation preparation treatments prior to the RCC structure being built. Approximately half of the material being excavated will be screened onsite to produce select fills to be used in backfilling of the structure and construction of the connecting embankment. At the connecting embankment, a secant pile cutoff wall will be constructed to provide an impervious tie-in point to the existing right embankment structure. Other work that will occur consists of a drainage run, roadway construction, concrete decking, guardrail installation, and access control installation.

IMCO Laborers:

Hourly Wage Range $41.09-$41.79 (includes fringe benefits)

Generally, a laborer at IMCO will perform safe, physical labor, on a construction project. He/she will perform tasks involving physical labor at building, highway, and heavy construction projects, tunnel and shaft excavations, and demolition sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris. May assist other craft workers.

IMCO Carpenters:

Hourly Wage Range $47.37 - $47.38 (including fringe benefits)

Generally, a carpenter at IMCO will perform safe, duties such as construct building framework, follow blueprints, install structures, etc., on a construction project. The carpenter will perform tasks on highway work, and heavy construction projects, tunnel and shaft excavations, and demolition sites. Operates hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May assist other craft workers.

The Carpenter will frequently bend, reach, stand, walk, squat, sit, push and pull heavy objects throughout the work shift. Ability to work in sun, heat, and various climate conditions. Ability to work in dirty and dusty conditions. Requires manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment and perform manual responsibilities. Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds without assistance. Must be able to work with materials that include chemicals on occasion.
