Job Description
Hourly Rate - $37.46
The Maintenance Journeyman oversees all of the electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment and associated systems for the facility, grounds, and production equipment.
The Maintenance Journeyman Will:
Perform routine, preventive, and emergency repairs, under any circumstance or environment, in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
Perform precision equipment installations using the appropriate measuring devices.
Calibrate and sets-up measuring and inspection equipment throughout the plant.
The Maintenance Journeyman should have:
Previous experience with oxyacetylene cutting, structural welding (AWS D1.1) and pipe welding (ANSI/ASME 31.1).
PLC programming and troubleshooting experience and electrical and/or electronics training are strongly preferred but not required
Experience with Allen Bradley Drives, VFD’s, HMI’s, and 480V Motors/Controls are highly preferred
Qualifications
The Maintenance Journeyman Will Have:
High school diploma or GED
A Washington State Electrical License is preferred for this position.
Minimum of five years-experience as a mechanical journeyman or equivalent combination of education and experience.
