Job Description:

Duties
Provides for building management services, handling day to day operations with building maintenance; corresponds with suppliers and contractors; serves as Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) for building contracts.
Manages the program for disposal of surplus equipment and materials.
Serves as the Energy Clerk, responsible for tracking and entering utility cost and consumption by energy type into the Financial Business Management System (FBMS).
Reallocates fleet and miscellaneous credit card transactions to the appropriate funding string within FBMS. Provides support for the following duties: Agency/Organization Program Coordinator (AOPC) for the Fleet and Miscellaneous Equipment charge card program, entering fleet utilization in FBMS, scheduling vehicle maintenance and repair, and reconciling all fleet account credit card transactions.
Assists with annual property management review of facilities to ensure compliance with regulations and policies in the property and fleet programs. Assists with the annual inventory of accountable property.
Responsible for receiving and payment actions, processing receiving documents and invoices.
