Job Title Assistant Controller
Reports to Controller
Job Purpose Summary Support most aspects of accounting management and firm administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
General ledger entries as needed
Assist with preparation of financial statements
Month end closing procedures and bank reconciliation
Collections
Data entry
General bookkeeping
Payroll assistance
Formatting reports
Utilize internal and external software to manage day to day business.

Personal Profile:
Results-oriented professional with a positive outlook and a commitment to quality.
Organizational and planning skills with the ability to critically assess process and efficiencies.
Ability to work independently or on a team.
Strong attention to detail.

Personal Skills:
Demonstrate a strong aptitude for computer skills, particularly Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, & Outlook), Adobe Acrobat and QuickBooks.
Able to understand and perform general accounting tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
