PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Administrative Support is responsible for coordinating and maintaining payroll and benefits information for hourly employees, creating and publishing weekly work schedules for hourly employees, and providing HR support

QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENTRY:

KNOWLEDGE OF:
Principles and practices of payroll, accounting, or bookkeeping.
Basic understanding of human resources management and processes.
Basic understanding of Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
Principles and practices of effective business communication.
Office administrative and management practices and procedures, including record keeping and filing.

ABILITY TO:
Prepare clear, concise, and accurate correspondence, documents, reports and other written materials.
Prepare and maintain accurate payroll documents, files, and records.
Collect, organize and compile reports on information and data.
Gain cooperation through discussion and persuasion.
Identify, research, and analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, and project consequences of proposed actions.
Effectively organize, plan, and execute.
Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
Use computers and computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, payroll, and timekeeping.
Perform basic mathematical and accounting calculations.
Meet behaviors established in Tree Top’s performance management and development process.

EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION/LICENSES, AND TRAINING:
Associate’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience performing accounting, clerical, payroll, or related in an office environment.
