KEITH Manufacturing’s Walking Floor Systems provide horizontal loading/unloading solutions for bulk materials, pallets, bales and rolls. Responsibilities include performing a variety of assembly operations to assemble small and medium sized precision units or sub-assemblies involving a considerable number of parts, and/or larger units involving less precise requirements and parts. Able to perform complex and precision assemblies from blueprints, and self-guided precision assemblies with no prints. Perform inspection duties for quality control. Communicate with team leaders regarding setup and operating sequences. Other duties may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 18 years of age. Previous experience preferred. Able to read tape measure, pressure gauge, and precision measurement tools. Ability and willingness to follow directions as well as the ability to work independently requiring little or no supervision. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability required.) May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug screening.
Physical requirements include the ability to sit or stand for 8 to 10 hours at a time. Lift 25 lbs. repetitively. Production facility exposed to continual machine noise.
