Job Description:
• Finishing up the last portion of multifamily apartments in Leavenworth, WA
• Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications
• Measure, cut, and install various fixtures and millwork for doors, windows, and ceiling panels
• Collaborate with other carpenters, journeymen, and supervisors to complete projects
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with building components and equipment
• Follow established regulations and advocate for safety on each worksite
Qualifications:
• Over 5 years of carpentry experience
• Able to frame, hang and patch dry wall, mud, install cabinets, utilize various hand and power tools
• Carpenters will need to provide their own tools and be required to use cordless drills. Drywall tools are not needed but a plus.
Duration and Pay
• Other worksites will be located in Tri Cities and Yakima, WA upon completion
• Base pay of $19.31/hr with a $10.65 fringe pay per hour
• $130 per diem
