Job Description:
Extended knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding for family practice setting. Prioritize projects and manage time independently. Communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization. Maintain a teamwork orientation towards coworkers through a commitment to clear, effective and respectful communications. Adhere to billing duties punctually and reliably. Coding and posting daily visits. Posting payments. Maintain accounts receivable aging. Follow current accepted procedures for all problem or delinquent accounts. Handle customer concerns about account balances. Additional projects and duties as assigned. Medical billing experience necessary.
