We are looking for a new crew member to join our experienced and hard-working team in maintaining Kitsap County Facilities! Perform skilled maintenance work in one or more of the areas of HVAC, plumbing, and minor electrical duties. Troubleshoot and/or perform minor repairs on HVAC systems. Troubleshoot and/or repair plumbing supply lines, drains, water heaters, and boilers. Troubleshoot and/or repair electrical issues such as light fixtures, switches, outlets, care access systems, and alarm panels.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Maintenance Specialist:
- Three years of full-time work experience in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC maintenance or other building related trades.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- At least two years in commercial or industrial building maintenance
- Successful completion of a certified course of study
- Associate's degree from a trade or technical school
- Experience with HVAC and heat pumps
