Our team is seeking a Designer to provide support in the following areas:
Under the direction of manager and shop supervisor, produce Solid Works drawings and models.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and update Solidworks Part and Assembly models
• Prepare and update Soldiworks design drawings
• Reproduce Solidworks models from legacy AutoCAD files
• Collaborate with machinists and fabricators to increase efficiency and decrease cost of manufacturing
• Supply office staff with Drawings and Bills of Materials for future jobs
Accountabilities:
• Accountable to shop supervisor
• Interacts with coworkers & clients
• Compliance with policies and procedures during course of executing job tasks
