This position will be filled at one of the following levels depending upon candidate qualifications:
Electrician-Instrumentation Technician Associate ($25.05 - $35.08 Hourly)
Assists Journeyman in performing skilled work in the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical, instrumentation, pneumatic, Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and fieldbus networks. Assists in the troubleshooting of technical and/or potentially hazardous processes and equipment. Works under the direction of a supervisor.
Electrician-Instrumentation Technician ($29.71 - $43.06 Hourly)
Performs skilled work in the maintenance, repair, modifications, installations, commissioning of electrical, electronic, pneumatic equipment, instruments, associated controls, computer systems, LAN, Ethernet, SCADA, and related controls. Provides functional leadership when necessary. Works under the direction of a supervisor.
Electrician-Instrumentation Technician Senior ($32.67 - $47.38 Hourly)
Performs skilled work in the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical and pneumatic equipment/instruments/ computer systems and related controls. Maintains and troubleshoots the more complex, technical and/or potentially hazardous processes and equipment. Has a lead role responsibility in the coordination and direction of other crew members and the training of electrical trainees. Works under the direction of a supervisor. May sometimes direct the onsite work of other crew members and tradesmen in lower classifications.
