Prevision plumbing is a highly motivated plumbing company based in eastern Washington looking for motivated Journeyman and residential plumbers for expansion in the construction sector in your local area. We are in need of lead plumbers looking to run jobs and personnel on those jobs and possible management positions in certain areas. No experience in leading projects but have your journeyman license? Job Type: Full Time with no cap on overtime & yearly profit sharing
Wage: $30-$50 an hour DOE & licenses resi/journey
Requirements:
• Valid WA Journeyman's or residential Plumbing License
• Valid Driver's license
• Experience in residential or commercial new construction of all sizes
• Ability to learn to read and follow plans and specs
• Ability to learn to communicate effectively with crew, maximize efficiency, meet project schedules, and deliver high quality projects on time
• Self-motivated, reliability, high integrity, and excellent customer service
