Job Description:
WSDOT is currently seeking a Sheet Metal Worker to perform sheet metal work, welding, rigging and ventilation system maintenance in accordance with state and US Coast Guard requirements.

What to Expect
Among the varied range of responsibilities held within this role, you/the Sheet Metal Worker will:
- Fabricate, Install and repair galvanized metal and corrugated roofing, flashing, gutters, downspouts, metallic mesh enclosures, restroom patricians, storage lockers, sheet metal pipe wrap motor covers and various bracket.
- Perform general repair, and fabrication.
- Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or product specifications to determine sequence and methods of fabrications, assembly, and installation of sheet metal products.
- Perform minor gas, heli-arc, and electric welding.

Qualifications
To be considered for this opportunity, the following are required:
- Journey level skilled trades experience related to sheet metal fabrication.
- Current State issued Driver license.
- Ability to work emergency after-hours call out and overtime.
