Rick's is growing and we’re looking for builders excited to start their construction career with competitive wages, overtime, and benefits!
Crew Assistant:
A perfect place to start for those with little to no construction experience. Our 2-person crews pair you with an experienced leader ready to teach you the ins and outs of building every kind of backyard project. Wages start at $16 per hour plus overtime with immediate room for advancement once you’ve built your skill set.
Apprentice Carpenters:
If you are learning quickly and ready to move to the next step, or if you are bringing in some previous experience then you may be right for our 3-month apprentice training program. Wages range from $17-$22 per hour plus overtime, based on skill level and experience. As soon as your training is finished, we’ll get you in to a leader position on a 2-person crew with a considerable hourly pay increase based upon performance.
Whether you’re seasoned in carpentry and construction or looking to grow your skills as a new crew leader, we’re seeking motivated, hard-working self-starters to join the Rick’s Custom Fencing & Decking team.
All employees must be
· 18 years or older
· Have a satisfactory driving record.
· Be excited and ready to learn and work hard.
Our Ideal Candidate is:
· Well-organized
· Effectively manages time and priorities
· Has a strong attention to detail and pride in their work
· Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Has an aptitude for problem solving
· Has 1-3 years of construction experience
All required tools and a truck will be provided.
