We are currently offering a $3k sign-on bonus!
Hourly wage PLUS monthly bonus
AVERAGE EARNINGS
Junior Installer 40,000-60,000 yearly
Lead Installer 80,000- 110,000 yearly

Renewal by Andersen, a premier replacement window and door company, is seeking highly motivated window and patio door installers.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
This is a very hands-on position. You will need to be able to take instruction well and use power tools
Basic skills needed:
General construction experience, 1-2 years.
Ability to use power tools (e.g., skill/circular saw, miter saw, framing nailers/nail guns)
Previous window experience preferred, but not required
Problem solving skills
Great attitude
Physical demands:
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Walk and stand on uneven surfaces
Lift and carry at least 70 pounds
Ability to climb ladders 40ft in height or greater
Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
