Our team of multi-disciplinary experts is seeking a motivated candidate who will utilize their design knowledge to dream big ideas on various and complex I&C projects. We’d rely on your collaboration skills to coordinate interdisciplinary work as well as encourage to bring your fresh ideas to work every day.

You’ll work with a knowledgeable and supportive team as you write PLC and HMI programs, perform startup and commissioning activities. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of OPC and databases (SQL and Access). As well as provide support for water, wastewater, municipal, and industrial clients in our local office and at client sites. You will also learn to design and troubleshoot SCADA and Operational Technology networks including PLCs, servers/workstation, network switches and firewalls.

Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Instrumentation & Industrial Automation or Bachelor’s in engineering from an accredited program, university, or college
0-3 years of experience in PLC control systems, SCADA systems, Human Machine Interface (HMI) software
Working knowledge of control system architectures and ability to read and understand P&ID’s.
Experience with some or all the following:
-Allen-Bradley Rockwell family of products
-Wonderware (Intouch and System Platform)
-Siemens Control Systems
-Ignition by Inductive Automation
Experience with setup and configuration of drives and field instrumentation
Strong problem-solving skills
Capable of working in a team environment, including giving and receiving critical feedback
Strong and effective verbal and written communications skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Self motivated, responsible, and accountable
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and owners and able to respond in a timely manner to their requests and needs.
Valid drivers license and ability to transport self to site on short notice
