Astoria-Pacific, Inc. offers products for Newborn Screening, Environmental Analysis, Industrial, Wine, Beer, as well as other applications.
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer. This position is responsible for installations and service PMs at customer locations, phone/email tech and customer support, QC of reagents and instrumentation, repairs and instrumentation builds. This position may also provide technical knowledge to assist in new product development to meet market needs.
Position will work at our Clackamas facility. Significant travel, domestic and international will be required.
Knowledge in Chemistry, Life Sciences or Physical Science or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Familiarity with Flow Injection, Segmented Flow, and Discrete Analysis, and Automated Liquid Handling Systems are a plus.
