Job Description:
DeLaval is a global company with a local dairy service division in Sunnyside, WA. Open position for the team is for a service technician for local dairies. Great variety of work and equipment serviced including robotic equipment. Position objective: Handle incoming service calls, maintenance, and dairy repairs as required.
Responsibilities:
*Repair, install, and service milk cooling systems and other milking equipment as needed. Perform routine maintenance as needed.
*Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
*Complete work orders including paperwork, invoicing, and manage truck inventory
Qualifications:
*Must be EPA certified for refrigeration service
*Must have completed tech school program for refrigeration or completed over 2 years of previous experience in HVAC world.
*Must have strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, familiarity to industrial tools and equipment to get the job done right.
*Must have positive attitude and passion to meet objectives and work as a team.
*Ability to handle physical work load and lift over 50 pounds.
*Must have current driver’s license, pass background check and drug test.
